Construction

SOIL DENSITY TESTS on footers to ensure proper compaction - reduces chances of settling.
Concrete slab 3,000 PSI.
PLYWOOD on roof and gable ends (no particle board) NAILED (not stapled)
Stud walls 16" on center.
All roof shingles NAILED (no staples).
Porch roof under main truss (no flat roof).
5 year renewable termite protection guarantee.
Baked enamel drip edge on roof (not galvanized).
Extended overhangs - provides better ventilation and looks more attractive.

Exterior

6" aluminum fascia.
UPGRADED LATEX PAINT. Compare our paint grade and quality.
Upgraded front elevations (more banding, etc.) Notice lap siding on Telemark Model.
UPGRADED FIBERGLASS DIMENSIONAL ROOF SHINGLES, fungus resistant. 30 Year.
All exterior doors are fiberglass with deadbolts. Steel doors will rust and dent easily.

Interior

UPGRADED CARPET with 1/2" rebonded padding. Compare carpet weight, stain resistancy and guarantee.
UPGRADED CERAMIC TILE in bathrooms and foyer. Closely examine tile workmanship.
Acrylic tub in master bath (recessed for easy access).
