Trinity is a 3,685-acre community designed for a multitude of uses,
to be completed within the next 10 years. Eventually, over 10,000
people will make their home here – some in beautiful single-family
homes and others in maintenance-free villa homes, townhomes and
apartments. Already, an outpatient medical center, a world-class
golf course facility and a $5.6 million YMCA have been built at
Trinity. There are 3 schools, elementary, middle and high school
as well as a newly constructed day care facility. Office centers
and shopping centers are being constructed here.

Trinity’s location at the top of Tampa Bay is convenient no
matter where you are traveling in the area. For a quick, 20-minute
route to Clearwater, the newly-widened East Lake Road is your best
bet. Because of its new link to south Pinellas via the Bayside Bridge,
East Lake Road can take you to St. Petersburg in about 35 minutes.
State Road 54 and Keystone Road are convenient links to Hillsborough
County, and the new Veteran’s Expressway in Tampa will whisk
you down to South Tampa in about 30 minutes.

The southern edge of the community is bordered by Pinellas County’s
Eldridge-Wilde wellfield. Much of the rest of the community is still
surrounded by open pastureland, which makes your return home from
the more metropolitan areas of Tampa Bay like a drive to the country.
